Terms of Service

Last updated 3 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Stronger eCommerce (“we”, “us”) for your use of Scribe & Imagine — the website at scribeimagine.com and the Scribe & Imagine connector used from Claude and other apps (together, the “Service”). By signing in or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you can accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that organization.

2. The Service

Scribe & Imagine lets you generate and edit images and transcribe audio and video by connecting your own OpenAI account. It is provided free of charge. We may change, add or remove features, set or change usage limits, or suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, with notice where reasonably possible.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account and the apps you connect to it. Tell us promptly at jay@strongerecommerce.com if you believe your account has been compromised, and use “Sign out everywhere” on your account page.

4. Paying for usage

You choose how work is paid for on your account page, and can switch at any time.

Credits

  • You can buy credit by card in amounts from $5 to $500. Each purchase adds a card processing fee of 3% + $0.30, shown before you pay and on your receipt; the processing fee is not added to your balance. Credit is a prepaid balance for using the Service; it is not money, earns no interest, can't be transferred, and doesn't expire while the Service operates.
  • Each job is charged OpenAI's list price for the work it performed plus a service fee of 20% of that price. Both amounts are shown for every charge, in the result and on your account page. OpenAI prices are calculated from OpenAI's published rates and the usage OpenAI reports (audio minutes actually sent; tokens or images for pictures).
  • Before a job starts we hold its estimated cost from your balance; when it finishes we charge the actual amount and return the rest. A job that fails is not charged. A small difference between estimate and actual may briefly take the balance below zero; new jobs then wait for a top-up.
  • We may change the service fee, the processing fee or the top-up limits with at least 14 days' notice on the website; changes apply only to jobs started after they take effect. OpenAI's own price changes apply immediately, because the charge is based on them.
  • Purchases are non-refundable (and card processing fees are never refundable), except where the law requires, for billing errors (tell us within 60 days), or if we discontinue the Service — in which case we refund unused credit. Deleting your account deletes its remaining credit; email us first if you want a refund of it.
  • If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may deduct the amount from your balance or suspend the account until it is resolved.
  • When you use credits, requests are made with our OpenAI account, so OpenAI's usage policies apply to what you submit just as they would with your own key.

Your own OpenAI key

  • You must use an OpenAI API key you are authorized to use. Requests the Service makes for you are billed by OpenAI to that key's account, at OpenAI's prices — including requests started by an app you connected, and retries you ask for.
  • Your use of OpenAI's models is also governed by OpenAI's terms and usage policies. You are responsible for complying with them.
  • Cost estimates we show are approximate. We are not responsible for charges on your OpenAI account; set a budget in your OpenAI settings if you want a hard limit.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
  • record, upload or transcribe people without the consent the law requires where you or they are (some places require everyone's consent);
  • create sexual content involving minors, content that harasses, threatens or defames people, deceptive impersonations or non-consensual intimate imagery, or anything OpenAI's usage policies prohibit;
  • submit links you don't have the right to share, or that point to systems you aren't authorized to access;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, bypass its limits or security, or interfere with its operation (please report security issues to jay@strongerecommerce.com instead);
  • use the Service to build a competing service, or resell or sublicense access to it;
  • access it through automated means other than the MCP interface we provide, at volumes that disrupt it for others.

6. Your content

  • You keep all rights to what you upload and what you create (“your content”), as between you and us. Rights in AI output are also subject to OpenAI's terms.
  • You give us a limited license to store, process and transmit your content only to provide the Service to you — for example, sending audio to OpenAI and showing transcripts to your connected apps.
  • You are responsible for your content and for having the rights and consents needed to submit it.
  • Images are available to anyone who has their link. Don't share links you want kept private; delete an image to disable its link.
  • We don't guarantee we'll keep your content: storage limits apply (see the Privacy Policy), so keep your own copies of anything important.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on services we don't control, including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic's Claude apps, Vercel and our database and payment providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we aren't responsible for them.

8. Donations

Donations (“tips”) are voluntary gifts to support the Service. They don't buy any product, feature, priority or level of service, aren't tax-deductible (Scribe & Imagine is not a registered charity), and are non-refundable except where required by law or in case of an obvious error — contact us within 30 days.

9. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access, without notice where needed, if you breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 4, 6 (your responsibilities), 11–14 survive.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. Transcripts and images are produced by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected; check anything important before relying on it. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that content will be preserved.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRONGER ECOMMERCE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR CHARGES INCURRED WITH THIRD PARTIES (INCLUDING OPENAI), ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US$50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Stronger eCommerce against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms or the law.

14. General

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York, except where your local consumer law gives you other rights.
  • If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver.
  • You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them with the Service.
  • These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
  • We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and give notice on the website before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
